This Privacy Policy applies to the Smash Farm mobile application (hereby referred to as the "Application") created by arpix Games (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service. This service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

All materials associated with Smash Farm, including but not limited to characters, artwork, animations, videos, game designs, graphics, sounds, and related assets, are the exclusive property of their respective owner.

Smash Farm™ is an independent creative brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Smash Farm content is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Access

The Application may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or provide advertising, analytics, authentication, or other functionality.

The Application may use the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

• Unity

• SDKBOX

These third-party service providers have their own Privacy Policies governing how they collect, use, and process information.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

• When the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• To trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, do not have an independent use of the information provided to them, and have agreed to adhere to applicable privacy requirements.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop the Application from collecting information by uninstalling the Application from your mobile device.

You may use the standard uninstall processes available through your mobile device, operating system, or mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided Data for as long as necessary to provide the Application and its services and for a reasonable period thereafter, where applicable.

If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided, please contact info@arpixgames.com. The Service Provider will review and respond to your request within a reasonable period.

Age Rating and Children

The Application is intended for users aged +13 and older and is designed for a general audience. The Application is not specifically directed exclusively to children under 4 years of age.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children without appropriate consent where such consent is required by applicable law.

The Application does not knowingly use the Application to solicit unnecessary personal information from children.
