This Privacy Policy explains how the Smash Color mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Information We Collect

Smash Color is a casual puzzle game. **We do not ask for, collect, or store any personally identifiable information** such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location.

The App stores the following data **only on your own device**, using local storage:

- Your game progress (current level, coins, boosters)

- Your cosmetic selections (ball skins, paint colors, themes)

- Your settings (sound, music, and vibration preferences)

This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us or anyone else, and is deleted when you uninstall the App or use the "Reset progress" option inside the App.

## 2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App displays advertisements served by **Google AdMob**, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google may automatically collect certain information from your device, which can include:

- Advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by your device)

- IP address and coarse (approximate) location derived from it

- App interaction information related to ads (for example, whether an ad was viewed or clicked)

- General diagnostic and performance data

We do not receive or store this information ourselves. It is collected and processed by Google under Google's own policies:

Ads in Smash Color are shown in a way that follows Google AdMob program policies: a small banner in a dedicated area of the screen, and occasional full-screen ads only between levels. Ads never interrupt active gameplay and are never disguised as game content.

## 4. Children's Privacy

Smash Color is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Ads are served through Google AdMob in accordance with its policies. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

## 5. Permissions

The App requires only an internet connection, which is used solely for loading advertisements. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, storage, or location.

## 6. Data Security

Since the App does not collect or transmit personal data to our servers, there is no personal data held by us that could be lost or breached. Game data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security.
