SmartyTest allows users to permanently delete their account directly from within the application.
Open the Profile section.
Navigate to Account & Security.
Tap "Delete Account".
Confirm the deletion request.
Upon account deletion, the following information may be removed from active systems:
Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
User Profile Information
Learning Progress Data
Saved Preferences
Bookmarks
Revision Data
Certain records may be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention measures, audit obligations, or financial compliance requirements.
Examples may include:
Payment transaction references
Security logs
Compliance records
After deletion:
Login access is removed.
Premium access is terminated.
Account recovery may not be possible.
