Creatify – AI Image Generator (“Creatify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in a transparent, lawful, and secure manner. This Privacy Policy explains in full detail how we collect, use, process, store, share, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (“App”). This policy applies globally and includes specific disclosures required under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
By using Creatify - Ai Image Generator, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Creatify is an artificial intelligence–powered image generation platform. To provide its services, the App processes information that you directly provide and information generated automatically.
When you enter text prompts into the App to generate images, those prompts are processed through AI systems to produce visual outputs. If the App allows image uploads, those images are also processed. This content may be temporarily stored to deliver results, improve quality, prevent misuse, and maintain system reliability.
We collect device and technical information such as device model, operating system version, language, IP address, and app version. This information helps ensure compatibility, security, and performance.
Usage data such as session duration, features used, interaction patterns, and crash logs may also be collected to improve functionality.
We may collect advertising identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID to deliver relevant ads and measure advertising performance.
If you purchase a subscription or in-app product, we receive confirmation from Google Play about purchase status, subscription type, and renewal dates, but we do not receive payment card details.
The INTERNET permission allows the App to connect to cloud servers where AI image processing occurs. Without internet access, the AI generation service cannot function.
The ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permission enables the App to detect network connectivity status, ensuring smoother performance and preventing failed image requests.
The Advertising ID (AD_ID) permission allows the App and advertising partners to display personalized advertisements, measure campaign performance, prevent fraud, and limit repetitive ads. Users can reset or disable this identifier in device settings.
We process personal data based on user consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. Consent applies to analytics, advertising, and optional uploads. Contract performance applies when processing is necessary to provide AI services or premium subscriptions. Legitimate interests include improving services, ensuring security, and preventing fraud.
Creatify – AI Image Generator operates using artificial intelligence systems that process user-provided inputs to generate visual outputs. When you enter text prompts, instructions, or descriptions into the App, those inputs are transmitted to our secure servers or AI processing partners, where algorithms analyze the content to create the requested images. If the App includes image upload functionality, those uploaded files are also processed to deliver AI-based transformations or enhancements. This processing is necessary to provide the core service of AI image generation.
User prompts, inputs, and generated outputs may be temporarily stored in secure systems for purposes such as delivering results, maintaining service quality, detecting technical issues, preventing abuse, and improving system performance. For example, temporary storage may help refine AI response accuracy, detect system errors, and prevent misuse such as attempts to generate unlawful or harmful content. We do not claim ownership over user-generated prompts or AI outputs. However, limited automated review systems may be used to ensure compliance with our terms and content policies.
AI systems operate based on machine learning models that analyze patterns rather than identifying individuals. We do not intentionally use AI prompts to identify users personally. However, if personal data is included in prompts by users, it will be processed as part of the service request. Users are encouraged not to submit sensitive personal information in prompts.
AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or free from errors. The App provides AI-generated images as creative tools and does not guarantee originality or suitability for specific purposes.
Creatify – AI Image Generator provides certain advanced features through paid digital purchases. These purchases are offered in two formats: recurring subscriptions and one-time credit purchases. Free features remain available, but premium tools require payment to support server infrastructure, AI processing costs, and continued app development.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium benefits for the duration of the subscription period. These benefits may include, but are not limited to, higher daily or monthly AI generation limits, priority processing speeds, access to exclusive art styles or models, advanced editing tools, watermark removal, high-resolution exports, and an ad-free experience. Subscription features are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (such as weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the selected plan). Payment is charged to the user’s Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through the Google Play account settings. The renewal charge will be at the same rate unless the user is notified of a price change in advance according to Google Play policies.
Users can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions at any time through their Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription. If a subscription is canceled, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
In addition to subscriptions, Creatify may offer one-time purchases of usage credits. Credits function as digital units that allow users to access specific AI features such as image generation, enhancements, special filters, or high-cost processing tasks. Each feature clearly displays the number of credits required before use.
Credits are consumed only when a processing task is successfully initiated. Different AI functions may require different credit amounts depending on processing complexity, resolution, or model usage. Credits do not represent currency, cannot be exchanged for cash, and hold no monetary value outside the App.
Credit balances are stored in the user’s account within the App and may be restored on the same Google Play account if the app is reinstalled, subject to technical limitations. Credits may expire if specified at the time of purchase or if required by regional digital goods regulations.
All payments, whether for subscriptions or credits, are securely processed by Google Play Billing. Creatify does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials. Payment information is handled entirely by Google in accordance with Google’s security and privacy standards.
When a purchase occurs, we receive limited transaction information from Google Play, such as purchase confirmation, product type, transaction ID, subscription status, renewal date, country, and general pricing tier. This information is used for account verification, service delivery, fraud prevention, and customer support.
Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play’s refund policies. Users requesting refunds must do so through Google Play directly. Creatify cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed by Google. Billing disputes, accidental purchases, or payment errors should be addressed via Google Play support.
Purchase records, transaction identifiers, and subscription status information may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax compliance, and legal obligations. This data is stored securely and only for the period required by financial regulations and platform requirements.
Creatify – AI Image Generator relies on carefully selected third-party service providers to operate, maintain, improve, and monetize the App. These providers perform specific functions on our behalf, and in doing so, they may process certain categories of information. We share only the minimum data necessary for these services to function, and each provider is required to handle data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
Google AdMob is used to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may process information such as device identifiers (including the Google Advertising ID), IP address, device type, operating system, language settings, and interaction data such as ad views, clicks, and impressions. This information helps deliver ads that are relevant to users, measure ad performance, prevent fraudulent activity, and limit repetitive advertisements. Users can control ad personalization through their device settings, including resetting or disabling their Advertising ID.
Meta Audience Network is another advertising partner that helps us display ads inside the App. Meta may collect and process device-related data, approximate location, IP address, advertising identifiers, and information about how users interact with ads. This allows Meta to provide targeted advertising, measure ad effectiveness, and improve advertising systems. Data processed by Meta is handled in accordance with Meta’s own privacy policies, and users may manage ad preferences through their device or Meta’s privacy settings.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is used to understand how users interact with Creatify. GA4 collects information such as app usage patterns, session duration, device information, crash reports, and engagement metrics. This data helps us analyze trends, improve performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience. Google Analytics may use identifiers and automated technologies to collect this data. The information collected does not directly identify users but may be considered personal data under certain laws. Users may limit analytics tracking through device settings.
Firebase, a platform provided by Google, supports several core functions of the App. Firebase may be used for app hosting, cloud storage, authentication, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and analytics. When crashes occur, Firebase Crashlytics may collect device state information, app version, and error logs to help us diagnose and fix technical issues. Firebase services help ensure the reliability, stability, and security of the App. Data processed by Firebase is subject to Google’s privacy and security standards.

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption, secure servers, access restrictions, monitoring systems, and confidentiality obligations, to protect personal data.
Creatify is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental consent.
To keep our app safe and family-friendly, we have strict prompt filtering in place. Our AI image generator automatically blocks any prompts that contain inappropriate or adult language.
We do not allow users to generate images using terms related to:
Inappropriate Content
Nudity
Pornography
NSFW (not safe for work) content
The content, which is not suitable for kids
If a user enters such terms, the prompt will be rejected and the image will not be generated. This filtering ensures that the app remains appropriate for all users.
Your app requests the following permissions. Here's what each one means and why it's used:
Used to save AI-generated images or videos to your device’s gallery.
This permission allows the app to write files (like saved artwork) to your device's external storage (like your photo or downloads folder).
Used to load photos or videos from your device for editing or AI processing.
This allows users to upload images from their gallery for background removal, art transformation, or AI editing.
Used to access images on newer Android versions.
From Android 13 (API level 33), this replaces READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE. It allows the app to read only media images, not other files, making it safer for users.
Required to connect to our servers for AI image generation and downloading models.
Without this, your app cannot communicate with the cloud-based AI services.
Used to check if the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
This helps manage large file uploads/downloads and can notify the user to connect to Wi-Fi for better performance.
Used to check if the device has internet access.
Before trying to upload or download files, the app checks if there's an active internet connection.
Used for showing ads and measuring ad performance.
This gives the app access to the Google Advertising ID, which helps in delivering personalized and non-personalized ads based on user preferences. The app does not use this ID for tracking across apps.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Continued use of the App means acceptance of the updated policy.
