This a autonomous vehicle which will come equipped with proximity sensor, moisture content sensors. This sensor will then be inserted in ground to update the buggy module regarding the required ground coverage. Storage of water can have two options according to the need of customer.

It is a camera drone with attached water tank of capacity 1-2L and a sprinkler system to dispense water. It will fly over lawn and take pictures of it in order to roughly determine the moisture content by comparing colour of grass. It will move in a co-ordinate system and refill at origin, this movement will be assisted by a GPS system. All processes will be automatic

It is a mechanical snake which moves because of motors present throughout the body. It is hollow and a pipe is runs through that hollow part and opens at the mouth of snake. It will have 2-3 moisture content sensors attached in its body, the sensors will repeatedly tap into soil to measure the moisture content and ensure uniform watering. Due to low form factor, this system will be able to water inaccessible areas of the lawn leaving no blind spots.
