• The Smartvestment Virtual Assistant, powered by OpenAI API, processes user inquiries.

• When users interact with the AI assistant via voice , their queries may be sent to OpenAI servers for response generation, without the users information.

• AI responses are strictly limited to investment-related queries within the scope of the app’s functionalities.

• The assistant does not provide general information, legal, financial, or medical advice, and it cannot be used for any purpose outside the app’s intended functionalities.

• All AI-generated responses are monitored and filtered to comply with ethical and security standards. The AI assistant does not engage in unrestricted or unpredictable interactions.

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is transmitted to OpenAI. All interactions with AI are anonymized to ensure user privacy and compliance with data protection policies.

1.6 Microphone and voice Usage (Voice Recording)

The SmartVestment app requires microphone access (RECORD_AUDIO) exclusively for voice interactions with the AI-powered virtual assistant.

• The microphone is only activated when the user engages with the assistant via voice input.

• No voice recordings are stored, transmitted, or shared with any third parties.

• All voice interactions are processed in real-time and are not saved after generating a response.

• Users can disable microphone access at any time through their device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:
