This Privacy Policy applies to the SMART TOOLKIT - ALL IN ONE TOOLS application (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was developed by Macro Mobile Solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information in compliance with Google Play policies and global data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), VCDPA (Virginia), CDPA (Connecticut), and UCPA (Utah).
1- Information We Collect
We only collect information necessary to provide app features and improve user experience.
a) Personal Data: We do not require account registration. If you contact us, we may collect your name/email to respond.
b) Non-Personal Data: Device model, OS version, app usage, crash logs, and your device’s Advertising ID (AD_ID). This identifier may be used by third-party services (e.g., AdMob, Firebase, AppLovin) for analytics and to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization at any time in your device settings.
c) Health-related information: (such as step counter or activity recognition data) is collected locally on your device to provide fitness-related tools. This data is not shared or stored externally. This includes Google Activity Recognition API usage.
We collect approximate and precise location data to enable features like compass, nearby places, and weather tools. This data stays on your device and is only used in real time to provide app functionality. We do not store, sell, or share your location data with third parties.
The Application may request sensitive personal information such as location data (GPS), camera access, microphone access (used only when you actively use audio features, no voice or sound recordings are stored, transmitted, or shared), and activity recognition (fitness/step counter) strictly to provide app features. This data is not stored, sold, or shared with third parties.

We do not sell personal information.
Personal data (such as name/email if provided for support) will be securely deleted within 30–90 days of app uninstallation, inactivity, or upon receiving a verified deletion request. Non-personal data (such as crash logs or analytics) may be retained longer in aggregated/anonymized form for service improvement.

6- Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we handle your personal data. Under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other privacy regulations, you have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.

Although we do not sell your personal data, we may share certain information for the purpose of serving personalized ads. You can opt-out of this data sharing at any time by managing your advertising preferences through the following options:

Toggle Opt-out of Ads Personalization.
These settings will limit the sharing of your data for targeted advertising purposes. However, please note that opting-out may not stop ads from being shown to you; it will simply make those ads less relevant to your interests.
You can also reset your Advertising ID in device settings to clear previous ad profiles.

Our app requests the following Android permissions strictly to enable specific tools and features. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal data obtained from these permissions beyond what is required to provide app functionality:
CAMERA → For QR/Barcode scanner, document scanning, and camera-based tools.
RECORD_AUDIO → For sound meter, voice-based tools, or ad interactions. We do not store or share recordings.
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION → For compass, nearby places, and weather tools. Data is processed in real time and not stored.
ACTIVITY_RECOGNITION → For step counter and fitness-related tools.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE → For online tools, ads, analytics, and connectivity.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS → To deliver optional reminders, alerts, and feature updates.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE → To save, view, and manage documents, media, or scanned files created within the app.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM → To enable alarm clock, reminders, and timer functions.
VIBRATE / WAKE_LOCK → For alarms, vibration alerts, and keeping the device awake during active tools.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE → To allow background features such as reminders, sound meter, and step counter.
GET_TASKS / REORDER_TASKS → Used for managing app-related tasks (multitasking features only).
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION /
ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS / AD_ID → For ads personalization, attribution, and reporting. You can reset or disable ad personalization in device settings.
BILLING → For in-app purchases (premium features, remove ads, unlock tools).
CHECK_LICENSE → To verify purchase/license status for premium features.
RECEIVE → For push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE → To measure installs and attribution (e.g., where the app was downloaded from).
FOREGROUND_SERVICE (and related) → Required for services that need to run in the background.
HIDE_DETAIL (internal) / DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION → Internal permissions used by the app’s toolkit for specific utilities. No personal data is collected through these permissions.
We do not request or use SMS, Contacts, Call Logs, or Background Location.
This app is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country, which may be up to 16 under GDPR). We do not serve personalized ads to children under the age of consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately. The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
