The majority of our tools process data locally on your device.

• Files & Media: Images, videos, and audio recordings created by tools (e.g., Background Recorder, Audio Extractor, PDF Maker) are stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not upload these files to our servers.

• Sensor Data: Data from the Accelerometer, Magnetometer (Compass), and Pedometer is processed in real-time and is not stored remotely.

B. Permissions & Usage

We request the following sensitive permissions only when you use specific features:

• Camera: Required for the Flashlight, Magnifier, Barcode Scanner, and Video Recorder tools.

• Microphone: Required for the Sound Meter, Voice Recorder, and Background Video Recorder.

• Location (GPS): Required for the Speedometer, Compass, and Altimeter tools to calculate speed and direction.

• Display Over Other Apps: Required for the Background Video Recorder to function while you multitask or use other apps.

• Storage (Read/Write): Required to save the files you create (PDFs, Videos, Audio) and to edit existing files (Image Compressor, Converter).

3. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you (e.g., for analytics, crash reporting, or payment processing).

• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (To improve app stability)

• Google Play Billing (To process subscriptions)

4. Background Recording Feature

The Background Video Recorder feature allows you to record video while the app is minimized.

• Privacy Notice: You acknowledge that this feature is intended for personal safety, memos, or productivity.

• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this feature complies with local, state, and federal laws regarding privacy and surveillance (e.g., wiretapping laws). We do not collect or view your recordings.
