Dr. Subroto Chowdhury started his career in the banking and finance domain with a wide range of exposure in business planning and policy formulations for appropriate financial management with 18+ years of experience in diverse field of Economic Research, Research Analyst, Mentoring activities for Business Management Courses, Analytics Modules and Financial Modelling. Dr. Chowdhury had the opportunity to work with India's International Bank (Bank of Baroda), HDFC Bank, Indian Society for Agri-Business Professionals, National Institute of Bank Management (under Reserve Bank of India), and Institute of National Importance (National Institute of Technology Silchar). He has mentored 800+ mentees to realize their full potential. Dr. Chowdhury has authored numerous research papers which have been published in peer-reviewed journals of international repute. He has made scholarly contribution by authoring several working papers in the field of econometrics, banking, finance, and strategy formulations. He has completed his doctorate degree in the field of Econometrics and Statistical Modelling by “Designing Rating Methodology for Micro Finance Institutions Operating in India”. He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB) in the domain of Banking and Finance. He completed his M.Sc. and MBA (Finance) to gain wide range of academic exposure and training in the field of Banking and Finance. In the technology domain, Dr. Chowdhury has gained knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence from the University of Helsinki and Data science exposure from IBM Knowledge Network and Google.
