1. Our Service SmartStay Rwanda acts as a professional booking intermediary between you and high-quality accommodations in Rwanda. Our goal is "Connecting you to your perfect stay".

2. Booking and Confirmation

When you submit our booking form, your details are stored securely in our private system.

A booking is considered "Pending" until you receive a confirmation message from our official WhatsApp (+250725934034 ) or email.

3. Payment Options (Your Choice) We provide flexible ways to pay to ensure you feel secure and comfortable:

Pay at Hotel: For most bookings, you can pay the hotel directly upon your arrival.

Bank Transfer: You may pay via bank transfer. For your security, our official bank account number is provided only after your booking request is reviewed and confirmed.

4. Privacy and Data

We collect only the information needed to secure your stay (Name, Phone, Email).

Your data is never sold and is protected under our Privacy Policy.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation rules are set by the specific hotel you choose.

SmartStay Rwanda will assist you in managing any changes to your reservation.
