Terms of Use for Smartspeak AI

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Smartspeak AI mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

2. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must log in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including voice outputs and AI-generated responses, is owned by Smartspeak AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
The App may offer free and paid features, including in-app purchases and subscriptions via Google Play and Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the respective store’s terms.

5. Children Under 13
Children under 13 may use the App with parental consent. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the App.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
