Coming soon: Official SmartRoute demonstration.
The driver enters the truck’s license plate. SmartRoute checks the vehicle record and determines whether an initial registration is required.
On the first visit, the driver provides their details, the transport company, a phone number, and the visit purpose: loading or unloading.
Before completing check-in, the driver reviews the information and confirms their arrival.
After check-in, the driver can track their position in the queue on a mobile device, request assistance from the office team, and enable call notifications.
Once authorized, the driver receives a call notification on their mobile device, along with instructions to proceed to the weighbridge.

EXIT AUTHORIZED
The Driver Portal confirms the truck’s arrival at the weighbridge and instructs the driver to wait for weighing.
Once weighing is complete, the driver receives an automatic update and waits for authorization to exit.
After weighing is complete and the office team authorizes departure, the driver receives exit clearance through the Driver Portal, completing the SmartRoute service cycle.
