This Privacy Policy describes how SmartPurchase ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of the SmartPurchase mobile application (the "App").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have control over your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our services, understand how our users interact with the App, and deliver personalized product recommendations and special discounts.
Usage Data (Automatically Collected): When you use our App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your activity within the App. This "Usage Data" may include:
Visit Tracking Data: Information about the sections of the App you visit, the products you view, the features you interact with, the frequency and duration of your visits, and your navigation paths within the App. This data helps us understand your Browse behavior and purchasing interests.
Device Information: Your device's unique identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), IP address, operating system, device model, app version, and mobile network information.
Crash & Performance Data: Information about app crashes, stability, and performance metrics, which helps us diagnose and fix technical issues.
Interactions with Recommendations/Offers: Data on whether you view, click on, or redeem any product recommendations or special discounts we present.

Google Firebase: We use various Firebase services including Firebase Analytics (for understanding app usage, performance, and user behavior), Firebase Crashlytics (for crash reporting), and potentially other Firebase tools as needed for app functionality. Google's use of information collected by Firebase is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Google's data processing terms.
For Business Transfers: If SmartPurchase is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when we have your explicit consent to do so.
4. Your Choices and Control Over Your Data
We believe in giving you control over your information.
Resetting Visit Data & Opting Out of Recommendations/Offers:
You have the option within the SmartPurchase App settings to reset your visit tracking data.
If you reset your visit data, your historical visit information used for recommendations and targeted offers will be cleared. Consequently, we will no longer send you personalized product recommendations or special discounts based on your past App usage. You will still receive general App notifications and updates, but not those tailored to your Browse history.
To do this, navigate to [App Name] > Settings > Privacy (or similar path) and locate the "Reset Visit Data" or "Opt-Out of Personalized Offers" option.
Device Advertising ID: Most mobile devices allow you to reset your device's advertising ID. This can help limit the use of data for personalized advertising from various apps. Please refer to your device manufacturer's instructions.
For Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.
Email Opt-Out: If you receive marketing emails from us, you can opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
7. Links to Other Websites
Our App may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
