By using Smart Printer app: Print Scan ("Application"), developed by NextPixel Apps, or any products, services, sites, features, or functionality associated therewith, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy in addition to any other privacy policies or terms of use made available to you in connection with the Application. Certain features of the Application may require you to be a registered member or provide personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how the Application collects, uses, shares, and manages your information.
We may collect and store some or all of the following information you make available to us:
Information you provide when you contact us for help.
Documents, photos, and files you select for printing or scanning within the Application. These files are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly required for a specific feature.
Printing preferences and settings, such as paper size, orientation, color mode, and selected printer information.
In addition, the Application may collect and store additional information automatically, such as:
Device registration data (e.g., the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device or advertising ID, IP address, operating system, and browser type)
Device settings (e.g., language preference)
Mobile carrier
Information about how you use the Application (for example, how many times you use the Application each day)
Requested and referring URLs
Location data collected through your device (including, for example, precise location data such as GPS and WiFi information)
Local network access information used to discover nearby AirPrint-compatible printers
We and our service providers may use this information to operate and improve the Application, our other sites, applications, products, and services, or to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, notices, and marketing promotions. The Application may allow third parties to collect any of the information described above in order to provide parts of our services as well as to provide analytical data about your use of the Application back to us.
The Application allows you to print documents, photos, and other files, as well as scan physical documents using your device's camera. Supported file formats include PDF, Word DOC, Excel XLS, PowerPoint PPT, JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and more. Documents and photos you select for printing or scanning are processed locally on your device. Scanned documents are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them. We do not upload, store, or retain your documents, photos, or scanned content on our servers.
The Application also includes a Write and Print feature and a Draw and Print feature that allow you to create text or drawings directly within the app for printing. Content created using these features is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers.
The Application may include AI-powered features such as PDF summarization using on-device foundation models. When available, these features process your data locally on your device and do not transmit your document content to external servers. If any AI feature requires cloud processing in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify you accordingly.
The Application requests access to your device's camera to enable document scanning functionality. Camera access is used solely for scanning documents within the Application and is not used for any other purpose.
The Application uses local network access to discover and connect to AirPrint-compatible printers on your network. This access is used solely for printer discovery and printing operations.
The Application supports accessing documents stored in iCloud for printing. When you select a document from iCloud, the file is accessed through Apple's standard iCloud document picker. We do not independently access, store, or manage your iCloud account or files.
The Application offers subscription-based features and in-app purchases, including weekly and yearly subscription plans. Payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information such as credit card numbers. We may use third-party services such as RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements.
Subscription details: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
The Application may be supported via advertising and may collect data to help serve and display ads. We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks who need to know how you interact with the Application and your device, which helps us keep the cost of the Application low or free. Advertisers and advertising networks may access and use the information made available by you or collected by the Application, including the unique device or advertising identifier associated with your device, in order to help analyze and serve targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We encourage you to review your device and Application settings to ensure they are consistent with your preferences, including with respect to the collection and use of such information. You may be able to stop further collection of certain information by the Application by updating your applicable device or Application settings, or you may uninstall the Application.
The Application may utilize third-party services for features such as analytics, advertising, push notifications, and subscription management. These services may include but are not limited to Firebase, RevenueCat, and various other service providers. The Application may also contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by NextPixel Apps. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. You are subject to the policies of those third parties when and where applicable. By using the Application, you expressly relieve NextPixel Apps from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party service or site accessed from the Application.
The Application may send you push notifications to inform you of important updates, new features, or promotional offers. You can manage your notification preferences within the Application settings or through your device settings at any time.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@nextpixelapps.in.

To improve your experience with our Applications, products, and services.
When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or other security issues, or respond to a government request, a subpoena, or similar legal process.
With our service providers who work on our behalf and do not have an independent right to use the information we disclose to them.
If we or the Application is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of applicable stock or assets.
We do not sell your personal documents, photos, or scanned content to third parties.
We retain information for as long as required, allowed, or we believe it useful, but do not undertake retention obligations. We may dispose of information in our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law that specifically requires the handling or retention of information. You must keep your own separate back-up records.
If you reside outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to the U.S. or other jurisdictions and processed and stored there. By using the Application, you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the U.S. or other applicable jurisdictions. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
The Application is not affiliated with any printer manufacturer, including but not limited to Apple, HP, Brother, Epson, Canon, Lenovo, Toshiba, Samsung, Aurora, Sharp, Fuji Xerox, or Dell. The Application was independently developed and tested with AirPrint-compatible devices. All trademarks and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the new version in or via the Application. Please consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
