Welcome to Smart Printer (the "Application"). These Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA") govern your use of the Application operated by Muhammad Usman ("us", "we", or "our"). 

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

1.1 Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application on any compatible device (iOS/iPadOS or Android) that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.

1.2 Apple App Store Requirements

If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

- This EULA is concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.

- Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the Application.

- Warranty & Product Claims: We, and not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including but not limited to product liability claims, failure to conform to legal requirements, and intellectual property infringement claims.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The Application offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions ("Premium Services").

2.1 Subscription Terms

- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring, periodic basis (such as weekly, monthly, or annually) depending on the plan selected at the time of purchase.

- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period.

2.2 Cancellations and Refunds

- iOS Users (Apple App Store): Subscription renewals and payments are managed via your Apple ID account settings. You must cancel through Apple. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple Support.

- Android Users (Google Play Store): Subscription renewals and payments are managed via your Google Play account settings. Cancellations and refund requests must be handled through the Google Play Store.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Muhammad Usman and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Application.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
