SmartPick Lottery – Privacy Policy

SmartPick Lottery (“the app”) is an entertainment app that generates lottery number suggestions and allows users to view and save prediction history. The app does not guarantee winnings.

Prediction history and settings are stored locally on your device unless the app includes an optional cloud sync feature. If cloud sync is added, this policy will be updated.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers used to operate the app, such as:
Advertising providers (e.g., Google AdMob) if ads are enabled
Analytics/crash reporting providers if enabled
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
SmartPick Lottery is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s storage in your device settings.
If the app provides an in-app “Delete History” option, you can use it to remove stored history.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
