PDF Master Pro (Smart PDF Reader & Scanner) is a document utility application that allows users to scan documents using the device camera, convert images to PDF, merge PDF files, and read PDF documents.

Camera access is required only to scan physical documents.
Photos are captured only when the user initiates scanning
