Document Updates: Editing or updating documents you are authorized to manage through your connected portal.
How We Use Your Information
Since SmartLex does not collect personal information, there is no user data processed by us. The App solely acts as an interface to your organization's existing document management portal. All data displayed in the App originates from and is managed by your connected portal system.
Authentication: Managed entirely by your organization's portal — not by SmartLex.
Document Management: Viewing and updating documents is done through your portal's secure connection.

As SmartLex does not collect or store personal information, rights related to data access, correction, or deletion are managed through your organization's connected portal. You may:
Access and Update: Review and update your documents directly within the App through your portal connection.
Account Management: Contact your organization's portal administrator to manage your account credentials and permissions.
Opt-Out: Stop using the App at any time. No data is retained by SmartLex upon discontinuation of use.
Children's Privacy
SmartLex is intended for use by legal professionals and law firm personnel. The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
