Your Privacy Matters: This privacy policy explains how Smart Gharbeti ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.  

1. Data Collection and Usage Smart Gharbeti is a local-first application. This means:

• No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or share any of your personal information, tenant details, or financial records on our servers.

• Local Storage: All data you enter into the App (tenant names, payment records, house details, and photos) is stored exclusively on your device's internal storage.

• Offline Functionality: The app works entirely offline. We do not have access to your data.

2. Permissions The App requests the following permissions to function correctly:

• Storage Access: To allow the app to save generated PDF and Excel reports to your device's internal storage so you can access and share them later.

3. Data Sharing We do not share any data with third parties. Since we do not collect or transmit your data to any external servers, your information remains private to your device.

4. Data Deletion and Retention

Since Smart Gharbeti is a local-first application and does not transmit or store your personal information or tenant details on our external servers, we do not maintain any database to delete your data remotely.

All your data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all of your data at any time by taking any of the following actions:

• Inside the App: Delete individual tenant records, payment history, or house details directly within the app interface.

• Phone Settings: Go to your Android device’s Settings > Apps > Smart Gharbeti > Storage and click "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage" to wipe all local records.

• Uninstall: Uninstalling the Smart Gharbeti application from your device will automatically delete all stored local data

5. Security Since the data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your phone. We recommend using a screen lock or biometric security on your device to protect your records from unauthorized physical access.

6. Third-Party Services The App is built using the Expo and React Native frameworks. These frameworks do not collect any personal data through our App.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
