All data you enter in Smart Finance is stored locally on your device or securely in your personal iCloud account, if iCloud sync is enabled. Data never leaves your device or iCloud and is not accessible to the developer.

3. How Data Is Used

Your data is used only to provide core app functionality such as tracking expenses, subscriptions, income, and generating insights. All processing happens entirely on-device.

4. Data Sharing

Smart Finance does not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties. The app does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or external servers. Apple system services (such as iCloud) are used only if you enable them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Smart Finance mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart Finance is a personal finance management application designed to help users track expenses, subscriptions, income, and financial habits. The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Smart Finance does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All insights, summaries, analytics, or notifications shown in the App are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. User Responsibility

You agree that all data entered into the App is accurate to the best of your knowledge, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and app access, and you use the App at your own risk.

5. Data Storage & Privacy

Your data may be stored locally on your device and/or securely using Apple-provided services (such as iCloud, if enabled). Smart Finance does not sell your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Subscriptions & Payments (If Applicable)

If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, payments are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.

7. App Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including adding or removing features without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from changes or discontinuation of the App.

All content, design, logos, icons, graphics, text, images, and code in Smart Finance (the “App Content”) are owned by and are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.
