1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Smart Data Share (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who view ads or make in-app purchases.
2. Description of Service
Smart Data Share provides a platform for fast, secure, and local data transfer between Android devices using QR code pairing or similar connection methods.
The App may include features such as:
File transfer (media, apps, contacts, etc.)
QR scanning and device pairing
In-app advertisements
Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use this App.
If you are under the minimum age, you may only use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Use the App only for lawful purposes.
Not upload, share, or transfer content that violates the rights of others.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App or its code.
Not misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality, services, or network.
You are solely responsible for the content you transfer or share through the App.
5. Permissions & Device Access
The App requires certain Android permissions (e.g., Camera, Storage, Media, Location, Contacts) to operate core features.
All permissions are used locally on your device and are explained in detail in our Privacy Policy.
You can manage or revoke these permissions in your device settings.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Smart Data Share may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription plans through Google Play Billing.
All payments are processed by Google Play.
Purchases are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.
Subscription features, if offered, will be described clearly in the App before purchase.
We do not collect or store your payment information.
7. Advertising & Third-Party Services
The App displays advertisements through trusted ad networks such as Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network.
We also use Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics to improve app performance.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, and features of the App are the intellectual property of Kinglets Technologies and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any data loss, device damage, or indirect damages resulting from use of the App.
You use the App at your own risk.
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or error-free performance
Your responsibility includes ensuring that any files you share are virus-free and lawful to distribute.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse its features.
You may also discontinue use of the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms periodically.
When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above.
Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
