Welcome! This page will help you get set up, fix common problems, and reach us if you need a hand.
GETTING STARTED
Connect your iPhone and your TV (or casting device) to the same Wi-Fi network.
Open the app and tap the cast button to search for nearby devices.
Pick your TV from the list, then choose what you want to cast.
The first time you search for devices, iOS will ask for Local Network permission. This is required — without it the app cannot see your TV.
WHAT YOU CAN CAST
Photos and videos from your gallery and albums
Music and audio from your library
PDF documents, page by page
Web videos and web images
IPTV channels from your own M3U playlists
SUPPORTED DEVICES
Chromecast and Google TV devices
Android TV
Apple TV and AirPlay 2 compatible TVs
DLNA-compatible Smart TVs
Other wireless casting receivers on the same Wi-Fi network
Supported features depend on your TV. Not every TV accepts every media type or every video format.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
My TV doesn't appear in the list.
Make sure the phone and the TV are on the same Wi-Fi network — not one on 2.4 GHz and the other on a separate guest or 5 GHz network with client isolation.
Check that Local Network access is allowed: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network → Smart Connect.
Turn the TV on and wake it from standby, then pull to refresh in the app.
Restart your Wi-Fi router if devices still don't appear.
Video plays but there is no picture on my TV — only sound.
This happens on some AirPlay TVs that accept audio but not video. Start the video, then pick the TV again from the AirPlay list, or choose a TV that supports AirPlay video.
Playback stutters or buffers.
Move the phone and the TV closer to the router.
Use a 5 GHz network where possible.
Close other apps or devices that are streaming heavily on the same network.
Very large or high-bitrate videos take longer to start, because the app converts formats your TV cannot play.
My video won't play at all.
Some formats and codecs are not supported by every TV. The app converts many of them automatically, but a few files cannot be played by certain receivers.
How do I add IPTV channels?
Open IPTV → add a playlist and paste your own M3U playlist URL. The app does not supply channels or playlists — you provide your own links, and you must have the right to use them.
Photos or PDFs won't show on my TV.
Some DLNA and AirPlay TVs do not accept still images. Video and audio may still work on the same device.
How do I change the app language?
Settings → Language. Nine languages are supported.
How do I manage ad tracking?
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
