This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Connect Stream Instantly ("the App",
"we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. SUMMARY
Smart Connect Stream Instantly is a screen-mirroring and casting tool. Most of
what the App does happens directly on your device. We do not run our own user
accounts and we do not sell your personal information. We do use third-party
services (such as advertising and analytics providers) that may collect certain
data as described in this policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information collected automatically
When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically by us
and by our third-party partners, including:
• Device information — device model, operating system version, language,
region, and general device settings.
• Identifiers — device and advertising identifiers (including the Identifier
for Advertisers, or IDFA, where permitted).
• Usage data — features used, screens viewed, taps, session length, and
similar app-interaction data.
• Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data used to keep the App
stable.
• Approximate location — inferred from your IP address (we do not collect
precise GPS location).
b) Local media and files
To let you cast and mirror, the App may access photos, videos, audio, and
documents on your device, and may use the local network to discover nearby TVs
and casting devices. This content is processed on your device and streamed
directly to your selected TV or casting receiver. We do not upload, store, or
copy your personal media to our servers.
c) Information you provide
If you add IPTV playlist links or other media URLs, or if you contact us or send
feedback, we process what you choose to submit so we can operate the relevant
feature or respond to you.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to:
• Provide, operate, and maintain the App's features.
• Discover and connect to casting devices on your network.
• Display advertising and, where permitted, personalize it.
• Measure and improve performance, fix bugs, and analyze usage.
• Respond to your questions and feedback.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security issues, and comply with law.
4. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING
The App is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob together with mediation
partners that may include AppLovin, ironSource, Vungle (Liftoff), Pangle, and
Meta Audience Network. These partners may collect and use device and advertising
identifiers to serve and measure ads.
On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency
(ATT) prompt before using your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking or
personalized advertising. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads,
but they will be less personalized. You can change this choice at any time in
iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. ANALYTICS
We use Google Firebase (including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config) to
understand how the App is used and to improve stability and features. Firebase
may collect device and usage data as described in Google's privacy documentation.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on third-party services that have their own privacy policies. We
encourage you to review them:

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
• Tracking — Allow or deny tracking through the ATT prompt or iOS Settings.
• Permissions — You can grant or revoke access to Photos and the local
network in iOS Settings at any time.
• Access / deletion — Depending on your region, you may have rights to
access, correct, or delete your data. Because we do not maintain user
accounts, most personal data stays on your device; deleting the App

8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain automatically collected and diagnostic data only as long as needed for
the purposes described here or as required by law. Our partners retain data
according to their own policies. We use reasonable technical and organizational
measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is
100% secure.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age
required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from
children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us
and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own,
where data-protection laws may differ. By using the App, you consent to such
processing consistent with this policy.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the
updated policy is posted, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
