Smart Choice Kitchen cabinets

The upper cabinets are assembled using a case or box construction for the bottom of the sides and a plywood top. Smart Choice Kitchens is a professional contractor and arrives with all necessary tools to handle the assembly process.

Drawers and Slide Out Shelves

How are drawers and slide out shelves made?

The slide-out shelves and drawers are made using the following steps:

1. The drawer height should be measured and the rough-cut parts.

2. The drawer sides should be matched using the drawer slides.

3. The drawer opening should be measured together with the cutbacks and fronts.

4. Pocket holes should be drilled, and the drawer box should be assembled.

5. Cut, measure, and install the drawer bottoms.

6. False drawer fronts should be added to the drawer box.

Design and Shop Drawings

The shop and design drawings ensure that everything appears as it should. You can visualize the custom piece you wanted to make sure it is what you want before the project commences. Also, you will have a chance to ensure that no requests were lost in between.

Installations

After the installation of the cabinets, we install the cabinet doors:

1. The doors should be removed- the doors are removed to ensure they are not damaged as the cabinets are installed.

2. The doors should be reattached- align the hinges with the screw holes drilled in the cabinet.

3. The screws will be tightened- we use a screwdriver to tighten the screws.

4. The remaining doors should be attached.

5. Hinges will be added to the close gaps.

6. The hinges should align with the level doors.

7. We will prepaing ot laquer all cabinets and doors before assembling
