By downloading, accessing, or using Scientific Calculator & Units ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Scientific Calculator & Units provides scientific calculator functionality, unit conversion tools, AI Math Solver with step-by-step solutions, premium subscription services, currency converter, and everyday calculators.
We offer three subscription plans. The Weekly plan costs $4.99 per week and provides 60 solves. The Monthly plan costs $9.99 per month and provides 250 solves. The Yearly plan costs $59.99 per year and provides approximately 2,000 solves. The Yearly plan also includes a 3-day free trial with 15 free solves.
The Yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial with 15 free solves. You will be charged $59.99 at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. You will be notified of any price changes before your subscription renews.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of Scientific Calculator & Units and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or decompile the App. You agree not to interfere with the App's security features. You agree not to use the App in a way that could damage or impair its functionality. You agree not to share your subscription with others. You agree not to use the App for commercial purposes without our consent.
Premium subscribers receive a specific number of solves per period based on their plan. The Weekly plan provides 60 solves. The Monthly plan provides 250 solves. The Yearly plan provides approximately 2,000 solves. Solve counts reset at the start of each new period.
We reserve the right to limit excessive usage that may affect our server performance or violate fair use policies.
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated solutions may contain errors. We recommend verifying critical results independently.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCIENTIFIC CALCULATOR & UNITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scientific Calculator & Units and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scientific Calculator & Units regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
