Welcome to Smart Bag AI ("the app"), developed by Guilherme Dias Martins ("Alma em Código"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What Smart Bag AI is
Smart Bag AI helps golfers analyze their golf bag, distance gapping, and equipment, including AI-generated suggestions. The app provides guidance for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for hitting balls or an in-person professional club fitting, and we do not guarantee any specific result or improvement in your game.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may include a free trial. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play), according to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your app store account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.
6. AI-generated content
The app uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis and recommendations. AI output can contain errors or omissions. Use your own judgment and, when in doubt, consult a professional fitter. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the app.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own data) belong to us and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
