SmartAlertPlusTT collects only the information necessary to provide its core functionality:

• Emergency contact information

This information is stored locally on your device and is only used when sending emergency alerts.

How We Use Information

When an SOS alert is triggered, the app sends:

• Your name

• Your address

• Your contact number

• Your GPS location (if enabled on your device)

•  An optional custom message provided by you 

This information is shared only with members of your selected emergency group to help them respond quickly.

Data Storage

• Personal data (name, address, contact details) is stored locally on your device.

• A hashed version of your phone number is used for identification.

• Firebase services are used only for message delivery and technical operations.

• Personal identity data is not stored in external databases.

Notifications

SmartAlertPlusTT uses push notifications to deliver emergency alerts to other users.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Sensitive identifiers are hashed before transmission.

Third-Party Services

SmartAlertPlusTT uses trusted third-party services to support its core functionality:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is used to deliver emergency alerts and notifications.

• Firebase may process limited technical data such as device tokens to enable message delivery.

No personal user data is sold, shared for advertising, or used for tracking.

Data Retention

SmartAlertPlusTT does not store personal user data on external servers.
Any temporary technical data (such as device tokens used for notifications) is retained only as long as necessary to support app functionality.

Users may remove app data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Your Control

You can update or delete your personal information at any time within the app.
