Delete your Postora account
Postora is an AI writing workspace for Substack creators, published by Liam Xi.
You can delete your Postora account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1: delete it inside the app
Open Postora and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2: request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app, email xilinyu1987@163.com from the email address you registered with, with the subject “Postora account deletion request”. We will delete the account and reply to confirm within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details (email address, display name, profile photo).
Your ideas, articles, Substack Notes, writing styles and anything in Trash.
Your membership record and AI usage records.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is not deleted automatically
Google Play subscriptions. Billing is handled by Google, so deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Records that Google, or our payment and advertising providers, keep under their own policies.
