Installation Instructions

1)  Click on "Download Smart Survey Solver" located on the Home page.

2) You will be redirected to the Google Drive interface. A warning message from Google will appear. You can safely click the "Download Anyway" button.

3) Once the file SmartSurveySolverInstaller_v200_gr.zip is downloaded, extract/unzip its contents (which includes SmartSurveySolverInstaller_v200_gr.exe) to a folder of your choice. You can use Windows’ built-in extraction tool for this.

4) Before running the installer (SmartSurveySolverInstaller_v200_gr.exe), you may scan it for viruses. If you don’t have a third-party antivirus program, you can: Right-click the installer file → "Show more options" → "Scan with Windows Defender".

5) When you double-click the installer (SmartSurveySolverInstaller_v200_gr.exe), Windows will display the following warning message:

This message appears because the software has not been signed with a digital Code Signing Certificate that confirms it is safe. Such certificates are costly, and Smart Survey Solver is distributed for free. To proceed with running the program, it is safe to click "More info" and then "Run anyway."

6) The program will install in a folder of your choice, with the default location being the "Smart Survey Solver" folder in your Documents directory.
