Smart Sinks Tool Washing Station is a patented 5 stage filtration system.
3 bags Blue, White Green and 2 Cartridge filters 5uM and 1uM.

Product Care and Maintenance

Power Problem
Check all power is turned off and disconnected from 240 power supply.
Stand in front of unit remove middle splashback. Go to left hand side of unit. Remove side table leg and side table.
Take out power box you will need a 5mm Alan key for the head of bolt & 13mm open ended spanner to undo nut off bolt. Hold box with one hand pull out bolt.
Lower box to disconnect flat lead which goes 12volt to switch. Open top of cover pull off. Remove the black power box.
Get this to supplier Pro Plaster for checking or replacing.
Changing 3 Bags (Blue, white & green)
To get the best from your Smart Sinks Tool washing station check bags daily and change as directed.
To change bags lower left and right side tables.
Take out top sink that has blue bag so you can see lower bags White and green.
Green bag in large rectangular sink then put sink back into housing with holes against the front of unit.
White bag in small square sink place into green bagged sink to the left hand side with the holes at left hand side.
Make sure the riser is in base of housing sink.
Rectangle sink holes at front & Green bag, square sink holes at side & white bag then top sink with blue bag making sure the valve is in the white bag.

Changing Sensors & wiring which is called the Loom
If you need to change sensors first disconnect sensors from control box the flat plug.
Pull capping off loom cover downside of unit.
Twist sensors to remove.
Get faulty part to your supplier – Pro Plaster for checking and or replacing.
To put in new sensors, place each sensor into cut out peel of protection on tape press sensors onto bin replace cover it snaps on.
Pull flat plug and cable up through mounting housing & connect flat plug back into control box.
You must put back cover on to cover control box and pump if this is not done the unit will not work.
Cleaning and Warranty
Cannot stress how important it is to check filters every day that is Blue, White & Green bags and rear filters 1uM & 5uM.
Remember it is just like a vacuum cleaner if not kept clean will not work properly.
Blue bag daily, Green & White bags weekly and rear filter every 2 weeks.
NO BAGS should be left for more than 14days.
Your warranty can be made void by NOT cleaning as instructed or ABUSE of the system.
Do not store for long periods with water in sump or wet filters in rear housings as the water will go stale & smell!
If you are getting ODOURS from your unit, give it a complete clean, Bags x 3, Filter cartridges x 2 and empty sump & wipe clean – refill.
Get your bags and filter cartridges from your supplier – Pro Plaster.
Check Control Box
You have checked Power Box – no problems – next check Control Box due to NO RED LIGHT
Remove switch - chrome round end & black lead
Remove pump – flat plug black and red lead (2 wires)
Remove Loom – flat plug (3wires)
Lift control box out.
Get this to your supplier – Pro Plaster for checking or replacing.
Leaking and Poor Pressure
Always check for leaks when you install clean 5uM & 1uM filter cartridges.
Use smear of rubber grease to help sealing & stop ‘O’ ring kinking on both filter housing 1uM & 5uM
Check ‘O’ is not stuck in black lid
Use a smear rubber grease on all hose fittings that have rubber ‘O’ rings
Check inline filter near control box squeeze sides and pull up clear top rinse off any product on filter mesh & smear rubber grease in top to help sealing and stop kinking push clear top onto black base – it snaps shut.
As the system uses a pressure pump any leaking will cause lack of pressure.
Remember to replace back cover – NO cover system will not work.
Get your filter cartridges and replacement ‘O’ rings from your supplier – Pro Plaster
Remove Pump
Firstly, unclip hoses pull back orange clips pull out hoses and put out of way.
Take off 4 nuts off rubber feet using 8mm Socket, 8mm open ended spanner or 8mm ring spanner leave the 4 washers - 1 on each bolt stem.
Disconnect flat plug (Black & Red wires)
To replace pump make sure 4 washers are on bolt stems – 1 washer on each stem. Line rubber feet of pump with the 4 bolt stems lower pump down put nuts back on bolt and secure with 8mm Socket, open ended spanner or ring spanner.
When Pump is replaced don’t forget to put cover over pump and control box – NO cover system will not work.
Get back to your supplier – Pro Plaster for checking or replacement.
