By downloading or using the Smart Notepad application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

Use of the Application

Good News Computers grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device. You agree not to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

Data Preservation & Local Storage

Because the Application operates strictly offline and does not utilize cloud synchronization or online backups, all data is retained locally on your individual device. Good News Computers is not responsible for any data loss, file corruption, or note deletion resulting from app uninstallation, device factory resets, or hardware failure.

Intellectual Property

The Application itself, along with all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and intellectual property rights related to it, remain the sole property of Good News Computers.

Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

We reserve the right to update or amend our Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
