Privacy Policy for  Masjid  Salat Display

 Masjid Salat Display (developed by HMS INFOTECH) is committed to your privacy. This policy explains that we do not collect, store, or share any personal or user data.

1. No Data Collection by Us

We do not collect any information from your device, including personal data, location, usage statistics, or device identifiers.

We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or any tracking tools that would send data to us.

We do not store or process any content you choose to send via the app.

2. How the App Uses Permissions (Local Only)

a. Location (GPS) – for device time sync

The app requests precise location permission solely to obtain GPS‑based time on your device.

Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

No location history is stored.

b. Bluetooth – to send data to a DMD display

Bluetooth is used only to send data you explicitly choose (e.g., text, graphics) to a nearby DMD display.

The app does not read, log, or transmit Bluetooth device identifiers (MAC addresses, names, etc.) to us.

Data sent over Bluetooth goes directly from your phone to the display – we never see it.

c. Web Server – to send data to a device

If you use the web server feature, the app sends data directly to an external web server (e.g., one you or a third party controls).

That web server is outside our control – we do not operate it, cannot access it, and do not log any data sent through it.

We do not receive, store, or process any information transmitted to that server.

3. Third‑Party Access & Sharing

We share no data because we collect none.

Data you voluntarily send to a Bluetooth display or external web server is managed solely by those receiving devices/servers – not by us.

4. Data Retention & Security

Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain, delete, or secure on our side.

Your use of Bluetooth or an external web server is governed by the privacy policies of those devices/servers.

5. Your Rights & Control

You can revoke location permission at any time (device settings) – the app will lose GPS time sync but continue other functions.

You control all data you send via Bluetooth or to a web server; we have no access to it.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our app does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. No special treatment is needed because no data ever reaches us.
