ST1 series could be widely used in the diversified production process, including metal drawing, bending, marking, flattening, and trimming. JHT-4010CNC Thread Grinding Machine with aesthetics machine design, hydrostatic guide way system with fast movement. The built-in spindle with water cooling system and able to carry Ø510mm grinding wheel, spindle speed is up to 3500rpm. The wheel head is capable to rotate ±30° by controller for thread grinding. The ball screw is hollow hydraulic cooling system design which can minimize thermal deformation and make sure machine’s stability. Machine can equipped with our own develop “Smart Machine Function”. This function is capable to reduce the deviation of manual tool setting and detect the properly grind timing.
