1/16/2020 Full-time EDID feeding protocol was found unstable with some DisplayPort devices, could be down-grade EDID handshaking to 4K 60hz.

RD is working on fix with firmware upgrade. Before the upgrade, please setup your DP monitor and video cards to maximum of 4K 60hz for testing.

12/31/2019 First Production Batch of UDP2-12AP had been shipped out to US warehouse.

11/27/2019 5K120hz SamSung 5K monitor had been tested without issue , Also tested with Type-C DisplayPort active converter and Mac Thunderbolt 3 docking station. It is the world's 5K DP KVM switch tested and proofed with Fast DDM switching and Full-time EDID feeding. MacMini 2018 is also tested with ConnectPRO new DP line.

10/31/2019 A major hardware bug found which caused by manufacturer of the USB 3.0 Hub chip (more than 90% of market share of USB 3.0 HUB chip in the world are currently using the HUB chip(s) ). This major bug had made us re-design our DP KVM PCBs.
