Smart Kisan App

This privacy policy governs your use of the Smart Kisan mobile application . The Application is designed for farmers to monitor and control agricultural water pumps remotely using mobile technology and IoT-based communication services. The Application intends to provide smart irrigation management, real-time pump monitoring, and remote controlling facilities for users. The information and services provided through this Application are intended for general usage purposes only. Every effort has been made to provide accurate and reliable functionality through this Application. However, Smart Kisan shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or interruption caused due to network issues, hardware failures, or technical limitations.

User Provided Information:

The Application may obtain the information you provide when you download, register, and use the Application. Registration may be required to access certain features of the Application.

When you register and use the Application, you generally provide:

(a) your name, email address, mobile number, user name, password, and other registration information;

(b) information related to pump devices connected with your account;

(d) notification preferences and device-related settings;

(e) information you enter into the system while using the Application, such as pump details, device identifiers, and operational information.

The information you provide may be used to contact you from time to time to provide important notifications, alerts, updates, and service-related information.

Automatically Collected Information:

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

the type of mobile device you use;
your device unique ID;
the IP address of your mobile device;

the type of mobile Internet browsers you use;

MQTT communication logs;
