Privacy Policy for Smart IPTV+

Smart IPTV+ is an IPTV and video player for playlists and providers you choose. It does not include channels, subscriptions, or provider accounts. This policy describes the app's current behavior on iOS and macOS.
The developer does not collect app analytics, advertising identifiers, or viewing activity through a developer-operated service. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. No Smart IPTV+ account is required.
Data on your device
The app stores your source settings, library metadata, favorites, viewing history, playback positions, parental-control settings, and downloaded media on your device to provide its features. Provider credentials are stored using the system Keychain. You can manage sources, history, and downloads in the app.
Optional iCloud synchronization
If you enable synchronization, the app uses Apple's CloudKit service to synchronize supported library information through your private iCloud account. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's privacy policy. The developer does not use this information for analytics, advertising, or marketing. You can disable synchronization in the app's Settings.
Connections to providers
When you add a playlist or provider, load guide information or artwork, stream media, or download a video, the app connects to the addresses supplied by that source. Those servers receive the network information needed to serve the request, including your IP address, and any provider credentials required for access. Provider services have their own privacy policies. Choose providers you trust and use HTTPS sources where available.
Device authentication
Parental controls can use system device authentication where available. The app does not receive or store your biometric data.

If you choose to email support, we receive the email address and information you include. We use it to respond to your request. Do not send playlist passwords or other sensitive credentials. Contact: support@fdrop.win.
Changes
We may update this policy when the app's behavior changes. The updated policy and date will appear on this page.
