1) Get the student/lecturer ID such  as  Full name,Reg. Num,Class mobile phone number

2) Key in/register the student/lecturer ID in the system

3) Generate QR Code

4) Give the student QR Code ID

5) Add participant who have registered in the Smart E-keys in telegram group

 Keys Borrowing Method

1) Firstly make sure you are registered in this system

2) Scan QR Code ID to open the Smart E-Keys locker

3) Take the lecture room key

4) Close the Smart E-Keys locker door

Keys Returning Method

1)  Scan the QR Code ID to open the Smart E-Keys locker

2)  Return the lecture room key

3)  Close the Smart E-Key locker door 

Method to handover the keys to other person/class

1) Before handover the key to the next person, she/he must fill in the form by scanning the QR Code on the key's tag.

2) Pass the same form to the person who will receive the keys. 

3) The person who received the keys should return it after the class finished. (same as the keys returning method)

*Make sure the person who will returned the keys is registered person who has the QR Code ID

 After 3 hours the key is taken and not returned, a notification will be sent to the Smart e-keys telegram group. This can help track down the person who did not return the key.
