Welcome to Smart Cleaner: Clean & Hide ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Smart Cleaner: Clean & Hide, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have obtained parental/guardian consent, and you accept these Terms in full.
2. Description of the App
Smart Cleaner: Clean & Hide is a utility application designed to help users organize their device storage, detect and remove duplicate or similar photos and videos, compress video files, and secure private media inside a PIN-protected private vault.
3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Auto-Renewal
The App offers premium features through auto-renewing subscription plans billed through your Google Play Store account:
Weekly Subscription: Priced at $5.99 USD per week, automatically renewing every week.
Yearly Subscription: Priced at $29.99 USD per year, automatically renewing every year.
Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing / Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your Google Play Store Account Settings (Subscriptions menu) after purchase. Unsubscribing takes effect after the active subscription period ends.
Free Trials / Introductory Offers: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the App lawfully and responsibly. You agree NOT to:
Use the App to store illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, servers, or networks connected to the App.
5. Privacy & Data Security
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All media processing (such as duplicate scanning and compression) occurs locally on your device. Encrypted private vault files are secured locally behind your custom PIN.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App (including software, UI design, graphics, text, and trademarks) are and remain the exclusive property of Smart Cleaner: Clean & Hide and its licensors.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure against data loss. You are solely responsible for backing up your important files.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Cleaner: Clean & Hide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, photos, or videos arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
