PART 1: DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
* Organizational Use Only: The Application is a basic organizational list utility. It does not provide financial, budgeting, or legal advice.
* No Warranties & Data Loss: The app is provided "AS IS". Your shopping lists are stored locally on your device. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or accidental deletion.
* Limitation of Financial Liability: By using the app, you agree the developer is not liable for:
- Calculation & Rounding Errors: Any reliance on the Application's automatic calculations, sums, statistics, or totals, and you agree that the developer is not responsible for any arithmetic miscalculations or rounding errors within the software.
- Purchasing Errors: Overspending, buying incorrect quantities, or pricing discrepancies at retail stores.
- Budgeting Miscalculations: Any reliance on prices, budgets, or totals manually entered into the Application.
- Store or Vendor Issues: Discrepancies, refunds, or financial disputes occurring between you and any third-party retailers or merchants.
- App Performance Losses: Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial damages resulting from application bugs, crashes, or data deletion.
PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY
* No User Registration: The app does not require any account creation. We do not collect, solicit, or share personal data (like names, emails, phone numbers, or locations). All shopping list data remains on your device's local storage.
* Automatically Collected Data (Ads): This app intends to use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the future. To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects device identifiers (AAID), technical specifications, and coarse location clues (IP-based). * Third-Party Access: Automatically collected technical data is shared only with Google AdMob to facilitate ad monetization.
* Children's Privacy: The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Smart Cart mobile application. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. License & Use
We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial shopping list organization.
2. Device Backups
All lists and custom prices are saved locally on your device. We do not maintain server backups. You are solely responsible for using the settings backup feature to safeguard your list data.
3. Third-Party Ads
The app may contain integrated Google AdMob ads. Your interaction with ads is governed solely by Google's privacy policies.
4. Modifications & Updates
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update the app features at any time to improve performance.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
