To get started with planning your day, you need to log in to our website using your Google account. This allows you to later retrieve your existing scheduled plans.
For secure usage, we have chosen to use Google Firebase to protect our users' login credentials.
Our algorithm takes your starting location into account when planning your day. The default "home address" can be edited in the settings.
In the settings, you'll also be able to add frequently visited locations, so you don’t have to enter the address every time you create a new task.
You can either add your own predefined or scheduled tasks with a start and end time, or simply specify how long a task will take, and it will be placed automatically in a suitable time slot during the day.
On the website, you can import your Google Calendar, and we will plan your other tasks around your existing events.
Once all your tasks are entered, you can click the "Plan" button to generate a complete schedule for your day. You can then send your planned day back to your Google Calendar.
The project has met all its goals, but the algorithm can continue to develope to become smarter.
