At Alarm Clock, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.
Thunder Tech does not directly collect or store users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment-card information through the Alarm Clock app or on our own servers. The third-party services integrated into the App do not receive users' names, email addresses, or phone numbers through our implementation.
However, these services may automatically process other information necessary to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, security, billing, and other services, as described below.
Usage data (app interactions, crashes, performance data)
Device information (such as model, OS version, unique identifiers)
The Alarm Clock app requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core functionality and improve the user experience. These permissions include:
Display over other apps – Used to display the full-screen alarm interface when an alarm rings, ensuring alarms are visible even when the device is locked or another app is open.
Phone State – Used to detect when a phone call is in progress so alarms can behave appropriately and to provide optional after-call functionality where supported.
Notifications – Used to display alarm, timer, stopwatch, and reminder notifications, including pre-alarm notifications, ongoing timer notifications, and other time-related alerts.
The App uses third-party services to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchase processing, security, and other functionality. These services may automatically process certain device, usage, diagnostic, advertising, and purchase-related information according to their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
Depending on the third-party services used by the App, the following categories of information may be processed:
1. Usage Data: app interactions, events, sessions, feature usage, and performance information.
2. Device Information: device model, manufacturer, operating-system version, app version, device language, and other technical information.
3. Advertising Information: advertising identifiers and related advertising information where applicable.
4. Diagnostic Information: crash reports, performance information, and other technical diagnostics.
5. IP Address: certain third-party services may automatically process IP addresses for purposes such as advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and estimating general location.
6. Purchase Information: information necessary to verify and manage subscriptions and one-time purchases made through Google Play.

Meta Audience Network (FAN):
Used via AdMob mediation to show ads.
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: For analytics and crash reporting.
These services may collect device identifiers, usage data, and crash reports.
Google Play Billing: Alarm Clock may offer premium features through monthly or yearly subscriptions and one-time purchases. Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Thunder Tech does not directly collect or store users' full payment-card information through the App. We may process purchase-related information necessary to verify purchases, determine subscription status, restore purchases, provide premium features, and prevent unauthorized use. Such information may include the purchased product, purchase status, subscription status, transaction-related identifiers, and purchase tokens.
For users in regions where consent is required for personalized advertising or related data processing, we use an applicable consent mechanism before processing data for those purposes.

6. Global compliance
We aim to comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws based on the regions in which the App is available. Depending on your location, applicable laws may provide you with rights concerning access, deletion, correction, objection, restriction, portability, consent withdrawal, or other privacy controls.
Since we do not collect or store personal data directly, users wishing to manage or delete their data can do so via Google services we use (AdMob, Firebase), or by contacting us directly. We will assist where applicable.
Alarm Clock is not intended for children under the age of 13.
Thunder Tech does not maintain a separate server database containing users' personal information for the normal operation of Alarm Clock.
Certain App settings and preferences may remain stored locally on your device.
Third-party services such as Firebase, Google AdMob, Meta, and Google Play may retain information according to their respective policies, technical requirements, and applicable legal obligations. Thunder Tech does not control the independent retention periods of these third-party services.
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through services under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Since we use Firebase and AdMob (Google services) and Meta. your data may be processed on servers outside your country. These providers comply with relevant data protection laws for international transfers.
Alarm Clock may offer premium features through monthly or yearly subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Thunder Tech does not directly collect or store users' full payment-card information through the App.
We may process purchase-related information necessary to verify purchases, determine whether a subscription is active, restore purchases, provide premium features, and prevent unauthorized access.
Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, introductory offers, discounts, renewal terms, and other applicable purchase terms are displayed to users before completing a purchase.
Subscription and payment processing are also subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.
Users may manage certain advertising and privacy preferences through available Google, Meta, Android, and applicable consent-management settings.
