Reaching the University

The University is located 9 kms away from the main city on the NH-7 connecting Salem-Bengaluru. The University is well connected with local town buses.

From Salem Central Bus Station (in 20 mins) :

Local town buses are available for every 10-15 mins. All town buses towards Omalur via five roads will stop at the University bus stop.

From Salem Railway Station (in 20 mins):

Direct buses are rarely available from railway station to the University. It is better to take a bus route no. 13 up to five roads which is available frequently and then take a town bus towards Omalur to reach the University bus stop.

From Salem Airport (in 15 mins):

One daily flight (TruJet) is available between Chennai and Salem. Local town buses are rarely available from the Airport.

Taxi: Ola, Red Taxi, Fast Track (0427-2888 999) are available in Salem.
