１．個人情報の定義

　「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法における「個人情報」を意味し、生存する個人に関する情報であって、次のいずれかに該当するものをいう。

（1）　当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それによって特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含む。）

（2）　個人識別符号が含まれるものをいう。

８．個人情報の訂正及び削除

（1）当社が保有する個人情報が真実でないときは、ご本人の請求により、個人情報の訂正及び削除を求めることができます。

（2）当社は、ご本人から前項の請求を受けた場合に、当該個人情報の訂正又は削除の決定をしたときは、当社が定める手続に従い当該個人情報の訂正又は削除を行った後、遅滞なくご本人に通知します。

権限を要求する理由（Why do we require these permissions?）

このアプリでは、主に以下の5つの機能を有しています。
1.スマレジのデータをAPI経由で取得する
2.取得したデータをGoogle Sheetsに入力する
3.これら一連の処理をユーザーが指定した時刻に定期自動実行する

This application has the following five main functions
1.Obtain data from sma regi via API
2.Input acquired data into Google Sheets
3.Automatically execute a series of these processes at user-specified times on a regular basis

ユーザーデータの利用方法（”How to use” user data）

ユーザーのGoogle Sheetsのデータ(Google Sheets data)
前項で説明した「取得したデータをGoogle Sheetsに入力する」以外の目的では使用しません。
ユーザーがアドオンを有効にしていないシートのデータの取得や書き換えは行うことがありません。

It will not be used for any purpose other than “Input acquired data into Google Sheets” described in the previous section.
Data will not be retrieved or rewritten for sheets for which the user has not enabled add-ons.

ユーザーデータの保存方法（”How to store” user data）

ユーザーのすべてのGoogle Sheetsのデータ(All Google Sheets data)
ユーザーのGoogle Sheets内（プロパティストア含む）にのみデータは保存され、それ以外の場所にGoogle Sheetsの内容が保存されることはありません。

Data is stored only within the user’s Google Sheets (including property stores) and Google Sheets content is not stored anywhere else.

ユーザーデータの外部共有について（Share user data externally?）

すべてのユーザーデータは、前項のようにユーザーのGoogleアカウントに紐づく領域（Google Sheets）でのみ保存され外部に共有されることはありません。

All user data will only be stored in areas associated with the user’s Google account (Google Sheets) as described in the previous section and will not be shared externally.
