It is important to be a good steward of the records of your students' experiences. Seminary records are "real-time" records that many different people will be accessing on any given day. For example:
Students: What make up work do I need to do? Am I on track for graduation?Parents: How is my child doing in seminary?Priesthood leaders: How are the youth doing in seminary? Who needs my support?Coordinator: Which teacher may need more support? Are the records accurate for the reports I am submitting?
These records are also legal documents that document when students are participating and whether they have completed credit requirements.
