The Service Provider is entitled to disclose user-submitted data and automatically collected device information under the following circumstances:

You can stop ongoing data collection by this App by uninstalling the software from your mobile device. Uninstallation will terminate subsequent data collection, yet it cannot automatically erase data that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider and third-party servers.

The Service Provider retains user personal data reasonably based on actual service demands and legal requirements:

You may apply for personal data deletion, subject to mandatory legal retention obligations. If you need the Service Provider to remove the data you submitted via the App, please send an email to the designated mailbox. Please note that partial user data is essential to ensure the App runs normally.
This App is not designed for users aged under 16, or higher age limits stipulated by local applicable laws. The Service Provider will not actively collect personal information from minors or promote this App to underage users on purpose.
If local laws require parental or guardian approval for minor users, minors shall not use this App without valid authorization. The Service Provider will never intentionally collect personal identifiable information from users under 16 in violation of laws. Once we detect personal information submitted by minors, we will delete all relevant records from our servers immediately.
