Incentive Overview:
The St. Matthew Home and School Association, in combination with the Men's Club, have created an annual Tuition Raffle as an incentive to all families that volunteer their time and effort to make our school year a success!

-If an event is <1 hour, show minutes to get proper Duration value calculation
-Add formula to cap max Duration based on Event Type
-Reform date Columns in the simplified ‘mm/dd/yyyy’ format

I don't see my hours displayed?
Your initial form submission may need to be manually updated to correct your unique SMA Family Code. Errors will sometimes occur when data is entered improperly. Please no spaces behind your Oldest Child's Name.
Proper Format:
First Name + Last Name (No spaces behind last name)
EX: Samual Smith
I attended an event but forgot to submit my hours.

The form is asking me to enter hours but the event type or hour type is a set amount, what do I do?
You can enter estimated hours. We will override the amount of hours to the default time given for the event or hours type. For example, if you attended a general meeting, we will use the event to count towards your event minimum requirement and give you two hours.
How do I perform another search?
Refresh the tracker page and then re-enter your unqiue ID. Press "Search".
I don't have a copy of my ID. Who do I contact?
ID's were emailed out previously -- if you did not receive a copy, please send an email to Jessica Triche (jmtriche @ gmail . com).
