In Minecraft, Small Piles of Cesium-137, Cesium-137 and other Cesium fuels are radioactive. A HAZMAT Suit must be worn when handling to prevent radiation poisoning.

These fuel rods are really powerful! Also, the explosion radius is NOTHING compared to that of Uranium fuel rods. Our scientists don't know why, but we think it's the same thing that makes Uranium Blocks not radioactive. HAYO!
