Step-by-Step Guide to Use the SRIM Visualization Tool:
1. Enter Implant Dose – Type the ion dose (e.g., 1e12) in the input box.
2. Select Depth Unit – Choose Å, nm, or µm for the depth scale.
3. Upload SRIM Range Files – Click “Select SRIM _Range .txt files” and upload one or multiple SRIM output files.
4. View Plot – The tool automatically generates a publication-quality depth profile.
5. Compare Profiles – Upload multiple files to compare implantation profiles.
