Home Rehabilitation Program
The San Luis Valley Housing Coalition designed the Home Rehabilitation Program to help qualified low-to-moderate income homeowners make the necessary repairs to their home. In order to bring about a safer, more sanitary and energy efficient living environment, the SLVHC offers this loan program at a low-interest rate, 1-5%, which can be amortized up to thirty years. Affordable monthly payments may be tailored to suit your particular financial situation. Your monthly payments to the SLVHC will be deposited into a Revolving Loan Fund so that others in need of rehabilitation may receive assistance.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Home Rehabilitation Program, you must meet the minimum requirements:
Own Your Home and live in it as your primary residence
Your home must be located within Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande, and Saguache Counties.
Your household income must not exceed the Program Income Limits for your household size found on the DPA tab.
