The goal of the San Luis Valley Law Enforcement Training Foundation is to provide training, scholarships, and equipment in order to expand the overall knowledge to officers in our region. 

We bring advanced training into our region, training that officers do not typically have an opportunity to attend.  Some resources of advanced training are from the County Sheriffs of Colorado (CSOC), FBI LEEDA, Desert Snow, Train the Trainer, FTO, and various local instructors.  Peace officers that travel for training can apply for a scholarship.  Lodging, meals, registration fee, mileage, and airfare can be reimbursed.  By using these resources, our region will be able to achieve its goal of expanding the overall Law Enforcement knowledge to better serve our community.
